4 housemates will share the house, once the room is rented.

The room is currently furnished with a king single sized bed, desk, office chair, bedside table and heater. The right tenant is able to bring their own furnishing.

There is one garage space available at an extra $10 per week.

- ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

The rest of the house is furnished.

Rent includes Internet.

Electricity, water and gas bills are shared equally between the four occupants.

Owner will do the gardening/lawn mowing.

- 4 minutes’ walk to bus stop;
- 5 minutes’ drive/10-15 minutes by bus to UC;

The Roommate

I am ideally looking for tenants who are full-time working professionals or university students, who are also respectful, clean and do not like to hold parties at the house.

No pets and no smokers please.

Myself

I work full time. Outside of work, I tend to catch up on Netflix or a good book, or hike. I’m also into trivia and quiz shows, and enjoy the occasional board game. I enjoy meeting new people so always happy to have a chat and socialise with my housemates, but am also respectful of their privacy and down time.
